I am in the same boat. I was at the conference and it sounded to me like they wouldn't be hiring until the end of this year or even early next year.

They slowed up hiring, for this year, because their Hawker pilots were transitioned to the Challenger and Citation.

I can't wait until they interview though. Meeting them at WAI was an awesome time and it seems like a really nice place.

Possibly 2 more aircraft being purchased this year, Citation X and Challenger 300. Staffing is good right now. Unless there is attrition, doubt there will be any more hiring until at least the end of the year.

Is it true that they have set pay scale no matter how many years you are there. If so, that does not sound to good.

Yeah that's the theme I had been hearing from everyone. As much as it would be nice to have them hire right now, I'm starting a new job that will allow me to get some jet time. This will only help me come interview time.

There has been word around that XO cancelled their remaining CL300 orders. Anyone know if that is true?
