skydawg,
Thanks for taking the time to respond with all the great info! The bit of research I've done, it definitely seems like a great company. I submitted my resume at an AIR, Inc. job fair back in November, but received an email the next week that they were not going to offer an interview at that time. This week I am filling out the online profile and applying for the First Officer job, in case that was the hold up. Of course, I will continue to update my resume and hopefully get my foot in the door sooner rather than later. I've heard it said that some of our FLOPS owners are migrating to CS, have you seen that? What is the general impression amongst the owners with the level of service provided by CS as a whole?
Thanks again,

EXTW,
Was it that obvious?! Yes, I've been at FLOPS a little over a year and don't have a good feeling about the direction they are headed. I'm trying to get the dialogue started with CS and see where that takes me.

I had a trip a few tours ago where the owners have been with us a little over a year. Previous to that, they had been with FLOPS for 5 years. They are very happy with their decision to change affiliations, and we are happy to have them! They went from 400a to the XL.
Pilots aren't the only former FLOPS people on staff, they are mixed throughout company positions.
Good luck, I think you'll be happy if something works out.
