last week I got an email saying to update my profile so they could consider me. this week I got an email saying they decided to interview somebody else. what gives? g150 type about 800hrs, switch to 121 at a regional back in February so now I've got the legacy type. paycut sucks schedule sucks, wouldn't mind doing an interview with NJA.

Better move along. Ibb announced yesterday to increase efficiency. Why hire more pilots when you can just pay the current ones to work more?
