Oprah, Globals, human brains...I don't see anything in there that proved my facts are wrong. Besides, real pilots fly Gulfstreams not Globals.
Yes, they did say the last thing they want to do is furlough. But if they don't furlough and get desperate if the economy starts going ti&$ up again...well, you know what could happen in 2 years, right?
Is it likely to happen? Probably not, hopefully not. But the language is there.

I asked Hansel this very question during my recall INDOC. He said nothing had changed. Nothing. That was October 2014, has something changed?

I'd ask current management that has a Pulse on what's up. Not old management that was inept from the beginning.
I think you'll be impressed.

That'll be a bit tough as I don't work there anymore. But, current and new hires might be interested. So, has something changed with the contracts? If so, what? If so, when? If so, how many contracts with this new language?

Why would anyone talk about year 1-3 captain pay rates. There are none and will never be again. You just illustrated why NetJets has become a crap place to work for new hires. The captain group is so out of touch with the disparity of what the left seat is paid vs the right. I will make more year 2 at my ULCC than I was going to make at NetJets year 10.

Next year as a 6/7th year FO with just profit sharing and pay I expect about $210k, per diem NOT included.
One caveat, I can hold Cpt this year on a narrowbody, so I may expect $230ish next year if I decide to do it.
Like I said, I do not have 2000 pay numbers as I was still at a regional. But looking at general numbers from NJA, my 5-7th year numbers aregenerLly doable that of a 10 yr FO and probably very similar to senior Captains at NJA ( although I understand widebody probably pays more at NJA)
My last yr W2 was probably around the $140k range, mybe $145k. That was 4th year, no per diem, and pre contract vote.
And I am not at Delta or United. Fly my line with 15-16 days off a month. No overtime, but do fly high value lines.
Not knocking NJA but tired of your kool aid flavor. A guy unfamiliar with the industry should be informed what they are getting with NJA ( good and bad) and not your " wait for the growth and good things to come" rhetoric from you.

AA has Year 1-3 captain rates.
Are you saying it's irresponsible to have payrates for all contingencies?
