Large cabin or small cabin, if you are past year 17, your pay is frozen until late 2019. Then small increases (a little over 2%) will be received each year until the next contract.
When measured against what the 2007 payscale WOULD have been with simple COLA every year, our net pay increase over the life of the contract is mediocre at best, especially when measured against our peer group at legacy and even national carriers.
