Let’s see if your group will be a “sell out” like Spirit. Because it sure seems like PBS is going to be in any TA
Then I will vote NO if PBS is included! Spirit lowered the bar by accepting PBS with those awful pay rates! I stand by my words.

Literally NOTHING has changed from the beginning of the year to now.
Old stuff? This guy basically called my group trash, less than a year ago, for accepting something very may well be brought to a theater near you.

Point is, karma is a motha' when you run that mouth. Only difference is I won't come on here and call the Frontier group anything negative whenever you vote in a deal, regardless of what is it. You make the best decision as a group and march forward.

Irony: Defined as a pilot who came from Mesa, chastising other pilots about lowering the bar. Currently flying for far less than those "awful pay rates" that he hates so much.

Grow up man. Standing by your words doesnt make you any less of a tool.

Bro, I was using sarcasm to diffuse a situation. You really are like my wife, she gets upset at that too!

So I hurt your feelings...not my problem. Now you need to name call to feel better and come over here and hope we don't get a better TA so you can sleep at night. Spirit lowered the bar and you won't change my mind on that. Now you are trying to justify your yes vote by attacking me. I voted no 2 times at Mesa. I will again if it isn't to my liking. As for Mesa, I realized I competed against guys like you who was willing to take any carrot put in front of them who didn't know what cards they had and how to use them to get what you deserve. With that cancer you will never get what you deserve. I learned at Mesa I didn't want to work for a pilot group such as Spirit. Young and clueless. I don't see the same mindset at F9. It's an older pilot group who gets it.

Must be nice having all the answers. I guess your crystal ball had it all spelled out when you chose Frontier.

You have no idea how I voted, I did happen to vote "no". Point is you attacked the Spirit group, declaring Frontier will never have PBS. I pointed out that running your mouth can sometimes come back on you. So how you vote, is of no consequence if PBS were to be voted in. Right? Because I voted "no," it was voted in at Spirit, but you stand by your position that we lowered the bar.

No getting around the fact that you went from one of the lowest paying regionals to the lowest paying Airbus operator. So rationalize your decision and thought process, doesnt change those facts. So the fact you claim Spirit "lowered the bar" is incredible, all the while you are signing up to fly for the lowest Airbus rates around, further hurting the negotiating effort of the Frontier group. I guess the SJS runs strong with you.

Not a thing happened in regards to contract talks for 6 months. The company’ disdainful attitude towards the pilots (and all employees) continued to grow with Barry heard screaming on the 5th floor “why can’t I fire all these fu!c!ng pilots”. And so 5 days ago we get a letter that simply says some progress has been made. Don’t forget the level of people we're dealing with. Don’t trust a thing they say. And let’s not waste any more time talking about the concession PBS until if/when we see an AIP
100% agree. Well said. At this point it’s all speculation. I’ll agree, I got my hopes up for a split second but I have returned to reality. Buyer beware. This place is still as horrendous as it was a week ago. When you think things can’t get worse, the company sends a memo out, and it’s not to say thank you for keeping this **** operation alive with the bare minimum tools to do so. Shop elsewhere at this point. I 100% believe this is just another sick game by big Biff. We all plan on havin another ****ty Christmas...

You say you voted no but you are defending your contract trolling the F9 thread? Personally calling me out and doing all sorts of digging because you didn't like that I think your new contract was a sellout and said as much. Something is fishy with your vote... Funny how you can never find those yes voters. Also I was hired before negotiations started so how did I hurt negotiations? How you vote does matter. If you voted no then you need to educate the rest so the next time you can do better. So it is "of consequence". You need do some research about Mesa before you bash it or me. Get educated before you speak. Go look up Freedom airlines. Scabs that made Mesa what it is today. So easy to bash without the facts huh? Look at TSA and GoJets. I learned a lot about back stabbers. I tried to turn it around and educate but pilots are their own worst enemies. So yes I went from an airline that turned to garbage to one I know will be better. There were a lot of airlines in negotiations when I came to Frontier and we were not as far behind at the time. I came to Frontier knowing the pilot group is great, will stand strong, and won't be a sellout when it comes to negotiations. They know what they are worth. It is called experience and they have already realized the kool aid is spiked. You do realize we are still in a post bankruptcy contract right? So compare your new TA to the rest and you won't be so thrilled. That is why our MEC raised our ask recently and even listened to our complaints about LTD. We were very vocal about the ask not being good enough even with our one of a kind scheduling system. We have been very vocal we don't want PBS. I had hoped Spirit would have voted it down and stood strong for better because you were holding the cards and Spirit wanted to grow so they needed the new TA to attract pilots. This was also the best economy in probably forever. You got desperate. You showed your cards just to get an ugly carrot. You could of had a much better one. However, just look at industry average now. Spirit is at the bottom of the new TA's other then Allegiant. This is why I was so disappointed in Spirit pilots and still am. I have faith in F9's pilot group. They will not be pushed around even by Indigo. That is why we voted 100 percent to go on strike if allowed. That is why the MEC didn't agree to the new Spirit rates -7 percent 6 months ago. Probably would have made more with our vacation slides but we knew that was not acceptable. So why are you on here? I think you just need validation you are not at the bottom like Allegiant. If you voted no you should be complaining to your pilot group not ours. I have no hard feelings toward you for coming at me, but I do not agree with your TA payrates and never will. You could have done better. This was the time to do it. You have good parts in it but you will have much ground to make up years from now which I doubt will happen at this point. I just wish you had fought harder. Peace.

I didn't call your group trash. I said sellout. You sold the farm before you needed too. I could have and probably should have used a better term but I am upset with the Spirit group. The new TA basically gave Spirit PBS for free...

For free! Perfectly said. I have a lot a friends at NK but they did sell themselves short. I hope to god this group has bigger balls. If the TA is not worthy.... nooooooo. Wait it out. We can do it longer than the big BIFF. He’s in the hot seat, not us. It will only get worse for him. Airbus 320 rates and absolutely no concessions (we’ve taken all the multiple concessions we need to the last 10 yrs.) or no. End of story.
