Mental Retardation is a medical condition and using it as a slur against the FAPA (I think that is the union) is actually unfair to people who actually have the affliction, many of whom are able to live quite productive lives with their own individual talents. The FAPA is supposed to be learned and educated on the ways of pilot negotiations and not impaired by an extra chromosone, therefore for them to make an gross error in negotiations is more likely ignorant, and/or malpractice but not medically explained. |
