Can you afford to make $35,000 your first year?
Can you afford to sign a 2 year training contract?
Can you afford to go on strike?
If so, Welcome To Frontier (WTF)!

Can you afford to spend $3000 of your own money for hotels during training? (Or live in a full crash pad for 2 months while studying and find transportation?)

Well then it is a good idea to tell you that the union isn't going to touch first year pay or hotels during training. That's the company's deal. What you see is what you get.

Outfield,

You can just copy and paste this to get your new career started... I did you a favor it’s the Spirit online application login. The TA that will likely pass the end of the month will be a much better start for you than we have here at Frontier.
We really all wish you th best of luck at Spirit.... really a great bunch of guys and gals there.

I think the only interview question left out of Stiflers list is:
6. Can you convince the hiring committee that you’re not a flight risk? Please feel free to attach supporting documentation... your GED, arrest records, report from your psychologist, rejection letters from one or more real Airlines, etc.
Those *are* the interview questions!

So now that everyone expressed their disdain for the company they work for, even though they're still there so I'm guessing it can't be that bad....
Would anyone truly be kind enough to share any gouge on the latest interviews? Please.

I was being a bit sarcastic with my original post, but believe me, the recruiters will be answering those questions in their heads before extending you an offer.
All the gouge you need can be found at Frontier Pilot Facts
