Plus, we all know F9 needs a new contract. As did Spirit, we are all glad you guys got a deal a couple of months ago.

I think he's talking more about how the pilots at GJ at time of the flow announcement can't interview off the street for Spirit. However they have to wait til their number comes up, and still have to pass a Spirit interview, which doesn't make it a true flow. This is how it was explained to me.

The way it works at Silver is that F9 and Silver interview the candidates together. Once hired, it is a true flow. My guess is the TransStates flow will be similar.
