So PBS and all that comes with it is ok with you just for $270/hr at the top of the scale?
PBS = Vacation is “pre-awarded” and your monthly schedule will be built around it
PBS = Vacation month days off are pro-rated. Instead of at least 19 days off (12 minimum plus 7 for the week) you get 15-16 days off.
PBS = Potentially having reserve awarded to you while junior pilots get lines (due to pre-award scheduling conflicts)
The list goes on, but I am a solid NO on PBS, regardless of rates. No bankruptcy judge will force us into PBS but they’d definitely lower our hourly rates if we ever wind up there again.

The reason nobody is accepting extensions is bc we are so overworked as is. I’ve had 16-17 days off the last year before summer hit. Since May, 12 days off a month and 85-95 hrs a month. I try to fly 70 every month but I can’t drop anything bc we have no reserves. The 3 yrs prior, I could build my schedule any way I wanted. This is completely mismanagement in every way possible. Has nothing to do with pilots. The company is completely creating this mess with some hope of demoralization and a TRO against the pilot. **** this company. I try not to speak on here but damn. We do the right thing the ENTIRE process and they win... I absolutely do not get it. Hiring problems? Hiring bonuses are just around the corner and there’s nothin ALPA can do about it. Guess what that is? Huge win for the company twice. First, more candidates come in, second... ****es pilots off bc we still aren’t getting paid. This place is the most ****ed place I’ve ever worked at. They would rather create cancellations and delays, pay bonuses and completely waste every inch of the indigo budget than just pay the pilots (INDUSTRY STANDARD!) not even trying to one up delta or anybody else. Just asking for what we’re worth... I do not understand it all. It’s very dark skies for a while I believe. BB can get mad all he wants, he created this mess. Good luck ever trying to clean it up
