Ummm, not at all what I said, but why would we want to let facts and reality come in the way of some good rhetoric, I never said I don’t want profit sharing, I asked what you would be willing to forego to get it. Let me save you the trouble....I’m guessing your answer is nothing, I want it all. Well if that is the case, then good luck, and if you think this process is taking forever right now, with that strategy, we will all be dead and gone by the time we get an agreement.
At the rate we are going we will be “dead and gone” reguardless of what we ask. Opening only a few sections to expidite the process was a failure and now we find ourselves in nmb purgatory. If it’s going to take us years more to negotiate this contract then we better damn well have a industry standard or better contract when it’s all said and done. Plus retro.

I didn't mean it to come off as 'tough guy' or anything. It just seems we are utterly powerless to move this forward in any meaningful way. Just frustrated I guess. TRO stuff is an even bigger losing strategy I think, so not suggesting in the slightest to go that route.
