Default AIP details?

I’m sure someone will pounce on this and blah blah blah... I’ve checked ALPA-Frontier, I’ve dug around in these forums for links, and have searched Google for the data.. But I cannot find anything published about the details of Frontier’s new AIP or contract.. Can some friendly pilot “kindly” point me in the right direction. For those pessimistic A$$ holes who want to reply with sarcasm please keep it to yourselves.

Basically a 45-55 percent raise from the rates on APC date of signing. First year would go to 58 per hour in March, 110 second year in 3/2020. After yearly increases in 3/2023 top FO (year 12) pay is 179, and top capt pay is 270. We would be getting PBS, but it sounds like all pairings will be controled by our union. We will be getting more details soon after they iron out all the language. The vote would close early Janurary. Basically look at spirits payscale, we would be very similar but we would top out a little higher. It wouldn’t be the best contract out there obviously, but it’s a substantial raise for everybody so I think it will pass. I’m undecided until I read the thing. Our top captains go from 168 to 244 come March, so it’s huge for them. We shall see.

Pay rates are one percent higher than Spirits before their 2% 321 override, pbs, and 12% DC going up 1% every year until it hits 15%.

I believe it said line construction not pairing construction which is important to differentiate

Sure, but why do you want to know?

Take Spirits contract. Delete "Spirit Airlines" on the front page and type in "Frontier Airlines".

There's your AIP details

Can't seem to get a straight answer on this one. Who's involved with building the pairings? Who sets the min, max, and threshold for credit each month? If ALPA has "full control" over line construction, do they also control min credit from month to month? I've read these are fixed numbers that won't vary based on block hours/staffing. That makes no sense to me. Can somebody smart break this down? Or I'll just wait for the TA. Either way. Cheers folks!

Just take away a few dollars since they get the 321 override. We will be the lowest paid A321 pilots in the country. Less pay for more passengers . What a deal.....

Why is everyone obsessed with 321 override? There are only 20 of them.
