The union wasn’t going to waste negotiating capital on new hire hotels, so as for now no change.
I expect it will but when? Word is applicants went up 300% after the TA. So as long as there is a a lot of applicants I suspect it won’t change.
I drove to Denver, it’s worth it to drive. You will get a class list with emails of classmates. I emailed everyone on the list and found several interested in sharing a place. Three of us split a condo within 5 minutes of training. Cheaper then hotel, more $ then a crash pad. It was an investment imo in my training to have a good comfortable place to stay.
There are several places like airbnb you can find places.

They didn’t want to waste negotiating capital on anything. That’s their excuse for everything. Per diem, having to pay for flica access, id90 benefits, min day, new hire hotels, the list goes on and on. All the little things add up.

I have a suspicion that once the company goes live with their scheduling app that remote access to flica will no longer be an option. They want us all using that app and I expect that will be the leverage they use. Want to see your schedule while not on a company computer? Download the app 😡

What blood do you speak of?
Wouldn’t the 77% proud F9 fighting warriors be the industry parasites for latching onto NK and not raising the bar?

Did F9 raise the bar?

Including Indoc. For all your initial training, with one potential exception. If anyone in your class is offered sim training outside Denver (this includes our main SSS training facility and United training center), those few people will have paid hotels near that sim facility; the most likely would be the Airbus facility in Miami. I think it has been a while since any new hires have gotten sims outside Denver so I wouldn’t count on it; although the training numbers are big for 2019 so it’s possible.

Anyone have the proposed hiring numbers for 2019?

This, pending any delays in aircraft deliveries. We have 12 retirements in 2019, so its all growth hiring.

Do you have numbers of retirement going forward as well?
