What percentage of the pilot group is actively trying to leave for a legacy do you think?

Less now for sure. But, I still think there is a fair amount, especially younger people, that are still looking to move to a legacy.

A lot of rhetoric was that if you want to be paid like DL/UA/SW, then work for them. I'm still keeping my apps up to date, I'm just getting paid like a real professional in the mean time.

Not many. I think they strategically hired people who would stay based off primarily age and experience. Just my observations.

With the aggressive pickup that reserves can do, is it possible to pickup in a base you are not assigned? So a commuter might not have to commute?

No. Possibly on off days, but definitely not on reserve days.

Line holder can do that WRT trips open >24h, but not reserves. Plenty of DEN residents who can’t hold it do this, but only garbage/awful credit is open after 24 hours imho.

Delta and United have both hired NK FOs with 0 PIC, and as a rough guess anyone who will be at a legacy twice as long as he's been at NK will be better of leaving as far as seniority and money is concerned. Don't think the numbers would be very different for F9.
