Just see who is getting most of the premium trips.

6 year Captain here on reserve north of 320k for the year. I know guys who Pick up premium on the regular seating around 400k for the year. Why so hard to believe?

321000 - 210.17 * 82 * 12 = 114192

114192 / (210.17 * 1.25) = 435

435 / 12 = 36

82 + 36 = 118

How can you do this on reserve, every month? You're crediting 118+ hours a month on reserve, every month?

Does every 6 year reserve captain have this opportunity? Thanks.

Reserve captains are easily breaking 90. Also add in our payouts and it can make sense.

i actually just heard a story from a UA FA recently of a bunch of United FA's getting fired for doing the same thing. Be careful!

My understanding is that they are "conducting" an investigation. Fingers crossed

Poster should’ve specified if their number includes the bonus we get every 7 years.

If you can hold one of those 15 on / 15 off reserve lines you can get an extra 40 hours of credit pretty easily now, add a premium trip or two. Lots of open time. So it’s plausible and happening.

I had a couple 100 hour credit months when we first signed contract. But now I’m flying almost every reserve day so I’m too tarred to pick up anymore. Jr CA here.

Thanks for the clarification. No doubt about it, this is a valid career move with many unique advantages.

Those in the Sept or Oct class...what were the choices for bases?

Actually so far this year I’m blocking 510 hours not working at all.
