48 has been the oft touted number for Jan until the hiring drops off around May. But until butts are in the seats on the first Monday it’s all conjecture.

Meet The Chiefs

So my app is officially in, back the the old “check the forums religiously while not hearing anything” process...

Do these meet-up event notifications come from the same system that sent me the “thank you for your application” email? Or should I be on LinkedIn/Facebook more often?

Hey great information on here. Thank you to everyone.

How much time one can expect to wait for a class date? Timeframe from successful interview to first day of class?

Also wondering when is the new base announcement expected? I heard "soon" but not sure how soon soon is :)

Thanks Again!

A couple of us that interviewed at the beginning of November were just told to expect February. A couple of pages back, someone mentioned December 18th as day for the new base announcement.

I was at that one too. The MTC seems to be the way to go for chances at making here. Congrats!

Unless it’s changed recently, it’s the first of the month following DOH. So if you start in January then health insurance starts February 1st.
