You should go to Spirit or JetBlue where you’ll have a chance at a CJO. Frontier hiring will see right through your indecisiveness and show you the door. F9 does an amazing job of hiring the right people and weeding out the unknowns. They will interview 12 candidates and hire 4 maybe 5. Great crews, new planes, huge growth potential, private equity company. It’s clear that the ULCC model will thrive in good times and bad. I love it here, and will retire here a happy man. By far the best job and best decision I ever made was to come to Frontier.

Pretty sure HR has the majority of control over who gets an interview offer. Pilots conduct and “score” the interview but HR makes the decision what score gets a CJO that day. From what I understand the interviewers don’t even know who got CJO’s at the end of the day.

Ok, thanks. And is the feedback from the interviewers (pilots) mostly in agreement with the final decisions?

It is not the big spectacular issues that are happening. Just the continuous stream of random little stuff. That and the worst ticket agents in the business. They don't even pretend to work for Frontier.
These are just personal experiences flying Frontier as a regular passenger over the last 18-24 months. A few unannounced cancellations and some significantly delayed flights.
