I suspect we will see a very high rate of furloughs return when recalled.

Our future at Frontier is bright, and most new guys know it. This will be different than the last furlough

Funny how we have 428xxx saying we shouldn’t be picking up any open time because that would be greedy. Also, fo’s with “stay home save lives” banners on their Facebook. The irony.

I do agree that the percentage of guys returning after recall will be high. Typically the percentage that return usually drops the longer the furlough lasts.

It'll be the 428XXX group that will most likely be gobbling up all the open time when they get pushed back to reserve. Didn't care back then, won't care this time either.

Just to answer your questions a little more thoroughly. There’s 3 windows based on an average line value. Min, normal, and max. They must fall between certain values and are bid and awarded in seniority order. They cannot exceed a 12 month look back alv. Pbs will start to award sequences based on parameters you set until you fall into whatever window you were awarded. At that point it will stop awarding. The company sets the average line value between 75-87. It can never exceed 87 on the historic look back (12 months). So if thier approaching say 85ish they are probably going to have to hire. Hopefully the union puts it out soon but I’m thinking thier working on bigger issues.

The historic line value numbers are a bit off. That has to be between 77-84. Alv between 75-87 and never exceed 87. That’s it for me on this till the union publishes it.
