Maybe you should stop before you embarrass yourself some more.
1. You fundamentally overestimate my ability to be embarrassed, or generally give any flights what you and yours think.

2. You said anecdotal immediately following a post I made quoting empirical data.

Except for the fact that you used your empirical data to make an anecdotal correlation between Amazon usage and the travel habits of the public and what it means for the viability of ULCC model.

(Also, I think you meant to tell him that he UNDERestimates your ability to be embarrassed. You may want to take your own advice and know what things mean before you say them.)

1. No, I very much meant he overestimated my ability to be embarrassed by anything he or your kind could say.

2. There have been dozens of anecdotal comments and assertions in this thread, but those other ones don't bother you guys because you want to believe them. The only anecdotal comments or assertions you call out are those you don't want to hear.

I would expect nothing less from you guys.

There’s an interesting level of defensiveness surrounding an alleged complete lack of embarrassment.

So, what you’re saying is that you’re easily embarrassed? If he overestimated your ability to be embarrassed then you’re saying that he believes you have a higher tolerance for embarrassment than you actually do. So, by your own admission, we’re getting under your skin. Since this is the case, it may be time that you leave this thread and return to the sub-forum of your own superior kind.

Ahhh, there’s that “Holier than thou” Napoleon ego that we knew was behind your posts. I’m glad you finally cleared the air.

No, it's not hello pot. I wasn't complaining that anyone was using anecdotal arguments, as long as they were well reasoned and intelligent. It was a few of you guys who called out anecdotal comments, of course, only the ones you disagree with.

Not only are higher income people more likely to be prime members, but they also spend a lot more money at Amazon.
Uh

I'm not sure if this is the case but...the percentages add up to MORE than 100%. Therefore, the 150k income crowd of 63.3% includes ALL of the incomes below it. The greatest percentage for any ONE particular income group would be the under 35k crowd...

After digesting the happenings of the last couple weeks, I’m thinking that it’s highly unlikely that Franke and the folks at Indigo Partners didn’t expect or foresee something like this happening. Wonder if they factored this type of situation into their initial deal. It’s been very quiet since the JetBlue announcement a couple weeks ago. Interesting what is probably happening behind the scenes.
