There's no restriction on which bases you can bid as new hire but it will depend on seniority if you get it or not. My initial thought is that it will go senior for FOs for at least the first bid, if not more. We have quite a few pilots that live in TX.

Probably not right out of training, but you will likely see it within 4-6 months on property. Its a pretty good commute and a lot of people live there, so I am sure it will be more junior than DEN.
No telling right now, you have to give it a couple months to shake out and see what happens.

Not sure, it also doesnt matter who lives there. There will be people commuting there who also used to commute to LAS,ATL, PHX, etc... only time will tell. But safe assumption is maybe 5 months out of training, close to ATL.

Additionally, any insight from anyone as to whether or not DFW opening will cause ATL to go any more junior (commuters choosing DFW instead)?
Thank you to everyone in advance!

Is ATL relatively stable in terms of growth/shrinkage? I know the seniority has been about 6 months, give or take a few. I would like to bid for ATL as a new hire as frequently as possible (knowing I won't get it for a few months).

The fact that they are opening DFW without shrinking another base is a huge win for us. I thought for sure DEN or LAS would have reduction. I don't recall any base opening not causing a reduction elsewhere.

Good news for sure. But also the smallest presumed class we have had since June of last year. Not a trend yet but something to keep an eye on.
