I believe IOE wait times are in the 3-4 week range right now. Shortage of LCAs.

DFW bid is out. No reductions at other bases for this initial bid, which is very good.

Didn’t several resign because they said it wasn’t worth it?

Had a line check and that's what he said. I don't blame them at all. So much responsibility, and not much to show for it.

only a 10% override... not worth it for them. Lots quitting because of it and going back to being normal CAs.

There's a bit more to it than that but essentially their earning power vs QOL has taken a hit.

And pretty much zero flexibility in their schedules. It’s my understanding that once a trip is slotted for OE, it’s “locked” and they essentially have no ability to change it aside from calling in sick or taking personal leave.

Is DFW also available for new hires? Thanks!

They need to get in the contract. Should be some leverage on our side if they can hold out and stop accepting bubba deals. Just look at the most recent TA’s. Management had to throw a bunch of $ at instructors.
