This is also a prime example of why we don’t discuss company business in front of passengers. Our flight attendants are reeeally bad about watching what they say in front of people. Someone is always listening…

Well I couldn't agree with you more, but who's fault is that? We have some fantastic flight attendants and then we have some real pieces of work. Professionalism seems to be determined on an individual basis and not taught or demanded by their managers. Upper management seems to care less.

The word “unethical” is going to be applied here and it’s actually appropriate this time. They couldn’t have picked a better time to get attention from a Congressman with their extra fee enforcement policies. Isn’t someone literally trying to introduce legislation to remove ancillary ticket fees so they can “protect” passengers (and more importantly get their taxes)?

It sounds like Congressman Mast should take better care of his 92-year-old father and print his boarding pass for him or take a screen shot, not real difficult. Maybe buy dad a first-class ticket on another airline? According to his video he was traveling with his father. Shoot he probably has a taxpayer paid assistant that could do that for him. I traveled with an elderly parent the last 10 years, and I took care of everything for her, from boarding pass to security. He actually sounds like kind of a crappy son to me. Good luck getting an Uber or Lyft at your destination without a smart phone. The only thing I do agree is that our FA's should zip it in front of customers. But they really don't care. Frontier is the Walmart airline, its not a secret.

For that matter, people get what they pay for. Cheap tickets means cheap service. If you want full service, then pay for it (or fly someone else).
Frontier is genius for offering what eventually becomes acceptable. If it weren’t, they’d lose money and an adjustment would be made. Anytime anyone tells me that my airline sucks, I say “I know, so why are you flying us?”
It usually shuts everyone up at that point.
