If you’re close or at mínimums I would apply regularly because cadets need to work at Frontier for 3 years (if that’s something your fine with).

Lol. Fair, but you better think about how to answer questions if you get an interview

Makes you wonder….I’m sure the average 22 year old from ATP has no desire to ever go to a legacy and wants to work here for the next 43 years.

IKR

Im not sure how I would feel hearing from some recent college grad that they wanna 40+ career at F9. I think I would recommend non-hire due to reasons of insanity…

They way I look at is, F9 has bases where I’m living and where I’m planning in moving with my family in a few years, and for me as long as my flying planes honestly that’s all I want lol. Hopefully one day I can go to AA but I don’t think f9 is a bad option

I just left F9 for AA for base reasons and retirement reasons. Hopefully they get a new contract soon. I'm not sure what your background is but you could probably get an invite from AA after a year or so. Less if F9 isn't your first circus.
If AA hadn't reached out I could have stayed at F9 without much after thoughts

Can anyone share the details of the 3 year commitment accrued by going through the cadet program? How does breaking the contract early work? Do you just have to pay back the bonus?
