I'm not upset. This is EXACTLY what they did last time. The union is doing an excellent job of conveying the play by play but I feel like it's mostly for those who weren't here for prior negotiation. One day, the company people who can actually make decisions will decide it's time to decide and the negotiations will get done in about a week. When that is - no idea. But I doubt it'll be before 2027. Why this is the way - no idea as well but I DO think that we as a pilot group should reject whatever the first TA displays.

Just a matter of principle...I actually kinda want to go on strike. Many reasons but mainly to see if the RLA still works BUT more importantly, because I think Indido can afford more.

Know and fly the CBA

I am curious as well. I am sure if we got 100% / 100% within the first few days it would really send a message.
