I'm embarrassed to say, but I don't really know what this means aside from being a ULCC and making hard landings on YouTube. So what other horrible things can BB and BL do to us that will make us Ryan Air USA?

What airports aside from Denver support this? You need buses for that kind of operation and not many of our destinations have that option.

That works at smaller, secondary airports.

We've mostly not had success with that, the exception being Trenton

I've actually flown Ryanair, and we could only dream that our passenger experience was as good as they are.

-No gate agents barking at passengers
-they actually dress professionally and not like they are going to a Taylor Swift concert
-the majority of their flights arrive and depart on time, in fact, they beat the European "majors"
-Their buy on board is product is far superior. Actual food, not just garbage.
-They operate consistently with 90+% load factors.

The other thing I read often is the fact that we have Dempsey as president, must mean the plan is to convert Frontier into Ryan Air. To me this doesn't make much sense, because there is nothing proprietary or secret about how Ryan Air operates. It's all out in the open to emulate. You don't need to hire Ryan Air's treasurer to convert Frontier.

When I got hired at Frontier I wasn't planning on using it as a spring board. Then we started with displacements and it seems like BB is going to utilize this method into the foreseeable future to hop into and out of markets. So, I got a CJO at United. Now that went down the toilet.

As I watch my seniority get lower and lower every month with captains downgrading into my base, wondering if I will eventually get pushed out the bottom and my upgrade prospects being shot to heck, I find it not helpful to read about Ryan Air conspiracies that don't make sense. I've got enough stress. 😂

You have a United CJO and are on here whining about possibly being displaced at Frontier in the future? You are so far out of touch with reality I recommend you get some real perspective. And fast. Otherwise this industry isn't for you. This is why millennials get a bad name.
