What do you mean by this?

What the eff is purpose of that comment/post?? Hiring minimums and protocols change all the time based upon a multitude of factors. Regulation, supply, demand, mental capacity or lack thereof. A non-college grad that got on at Delta in the 80's certainly would not right now...but big deal. And how does one get "chicken****??"

Please elaborate. I'm not sure this qualifies as English.

I'm gonna design and sell a keyboard-interlock device that keeps you from drunk posting!

His dad was retiring twa at the time and said he'd be an idiot to take Piedmont, because there would always be an eastern airlines. I told them this at the interview. I'm not at all heart set on United, I see massive potential with frontier. I'd have rolled the dice if hired and went with it. Oh well.

Rick, that's what did me in too. My uncle was my CFI and mentor for much of my career. He's also a CA at American. I didn't want to lie or be deceptive, and don't regret that a bit. Also got the TBNT.

Frontier Airlines | AirlinePilotCentral.com

Is that accurate?

Frontier's website still has the job posted.

I went to the company website and the only positions posted are for rampers and aircraft appearance specialist.

Oops,
Found the posting on the company site.

so the dice roll brother. They had me alot longer than they think, id trade the front end of a llc growth spirt over the majors and told them that. I cant even hide it because they look over the log books, my dad and I have the exact same name, he did all my sign offs and initial flying. Im not going to lie to people, if they are that worried about me leaving then thats their deal. I bet I would have stayed alot longer than some other guys they picked up that day, esp because my time is so low. In the right niche they had me for life, i thought they were that. oh well. good luck to everyone, its a really nice group of people, they will be growing east, it will either work or it wont, my money was on it would.

I agree! If I had to go through this process today I think I would not be hired. F9 can be picky right now, but I assure all of you that long term they probably can't with the pay we have right now. People will leave! Until we are paid industry standard we will be the "minors for the majors"!
Best of luck to all of you that have interviewed and others that are interested coming to F9. Truly, we have a great pilot group. Unfortunately, at this time moral is real bad.

Can you elaborate on that? No problem if you don't want to.
