Don't sweat it too hard
Hour and a half w senior management in recurrent this week. Looks like min 200 new hires this coming year unless industry/economy goes T.U.
Another sim down the road by mid-summer, 15 ish percent growth (seats and pilots) year over year indefinitely with 30% in 2015. Sounds like additional 321 orders on the horizon as well.

Now about that contract......

I have a few questions for you guys regarding travel benefits. If you're not married, can you designate a travel companion who flies at the same standby priority as the employee? Can travel companions get ZEDs as well? How is the standby list ordered (seniority vs check-in time)? What airlines does Froniter have ZED agreements with?

Commutable schedule out of ORD for someone on the East Coast? Days off in between trips etc would be appreciated.

There is no typical Sched. Once you have a line, bid what you can then wait for daily open time to refine your Sched the way you like. I commute to ord from the east coast and I almost always fly three trips/month. This month worked out two (5) day trips for entire month, 74.4 hrs with rig. Sched flexibility makes this one of the best places for QOL in the business. I think most would agree w me. Merry Christmas all!!!

Best places for QOL in the business? You realize 14 year pay at Frontier is worse than 2nd year at a legacy right? Means they can work a lot less to make an equal amount of pay. Good luck on your next contract though.

I was very specific in my response..I don't believe that QOL and pay are analogous.
