Frontier Hiring.

Dont let your current QOL hamper your view, blind you and numb your ability to "ask" for more compensation. There is no excuse for "allowing" the company to pay you less than your peers.
Good Luck, we are all counting on you!

I do. If your goal/need is 70k a year, I really don't think Frontier is the best place in the industry to do that. You can hit that target by working a lot less if your hourly rate is higher. It's a great Airline and hopefully you guys will get compensated fairly next time around.

All I can say is you boys should have been lawyers. All this argumentative banter on the semantics of a comment left on a message board would have been so much more productive in a court room. But thanks for your very original thoughts regarding the underwhelming F9 pay scale

I have a few questions for you guys regarding travel benefits. If you're not married, can you designate a travel companion who flies at the same standby priority as the employee? Can travel companions get ZEDs as well? How is the standby list ordered (seniority vs check-in time)? What airlines does Froniter have ZED agreements with?

I would assume sometime in January. The January class is full, so I would imagine they need to interview for February or subsequent classes. You don't need to go to a job fair, but I believe that helps.
