Maybe someone should show them where the table is.

I agree with motorboatin. The company needs pilots. YOU DO NOT NEED THEM. You can do way better then what they are offering you. Allegiant thinks you are worth 40% more money then Frontier does. Never mind what Delta, United, or Americcsn value you at.
Regarding Sect 6 negotiations the company has offered ZERO proposals regarding pay, retirement or insurance. They are actively thumbing their noses at the current pilots and any pilots that would come here.

Easier said than done. I have been trying to get hired at the big 3, been to 3 career fairs, a few internal, high GPA, no dings and guess what, still no calls. I think if we could leave, we would have left by now. It really is a lottery.

PHX, i think you will get a call soon. From what i have been hearing and reading 2+ job fairs will get you noticed. Once you upgrade they will probably call for sure. Good luck

Is there any requirement to list on Frontier if I'm planning on trying to jumpseat on you guys tomorrow?

We use id90travel for listing. I've heard of OAL guys having trouble figuring out their login information-if that's the case for you they can list you at the gate

I have to say I was surprised, even for that person. Lowest of low blows, and tremendously unprofessional.

LOL - the comment I like is:
"Hard to blame the monkey - have you flown frontier lately?"

if you have ALPA helping you...good luck...just take a look at the fine fine fine job they're doing over at Delta. You guys definitely need pay raises, but similar to the insane sacrifices Delta pilots made, the union sucks at restoring our pay and benefits. Hopefully you'll have more luck.
