Whether this is the answer they're looking for, I don't know. |

I don't remember, did you you do interview prep with either Lori Clark or Emerald Coast? If you truly believe that this is a career destination, then I'm assuming that is the answer that you should have given. I'd be curious how these two proven interview prep companies would advise how to address this question. |
Has Frontier hired any guys without degrees?

wrx, thank you for sharing your disappointment. Usually we only hear the whole story from those who get the job.
I feel badly for you, and I can sense the sincerity in your words. It is quite possible they got this one wrong. I'm a huge fan of the F9 process, but no hiring process is a perfect science, obviously. It's very unfortunate however that you may have become a statistic of such imperfection. Failing an interview is a bitter pill - I know. But it is also one of those 'we only really ever truly learn something the hard way' moments. If you could re-do it, is there anything you would do differently? I say none of this looking down my nose. I messed up a number of times during the interview, and honestly just thank God they decided to give me a shot. Are you yet young? It is not unusual for people to try a couple times to get on with the outfit of their dreams. I would say try again if the opportunity presents itself. Otherwise wrx, you're a very sharp individual with a great resume, you'll do well anywhere you go. |

That's my issue is I have no other people there but newbie's. I guess just patience and something will happen. Good Luck to everyone. Guess I should've taking the interview three years ago when RAH offered us interviews. Thanks for the insight. |
