You don't have to be management to figure it out. Planning for these things happens 6 to 18 months out. FYI ...Endeavor uses 1 Vision Aviation in KSUX for return aircraft.

So we'll see but as I said earlier, BB is trolling again and RP folks seem to think they are buying TSA holdings...we'll see.

It’s a sellers market, but TSH is not the only possible seller. It’s possible to overplay a hand but that does not seem like HK. I would see too many problems with buying the 3 pieces of TSH and trying to bind them together.

That’s because TSH choose not to operate them in LGA.

Could it be that the reason the company lawyer (Trans States Holdings) has gone back to flying is because he does not expect to have his airline/legal job for long? Might he expect to have to get a job with another airline to keep his ties to the industry when TSH is sold or closed? Why is he doing this?

Don't be delusional. Delta isn't interested in buying a regional. They own the airplanes already and they are having no problem hiring. Why would they want to get a bunch of senior guys when they could just hire them onto the bottom.
