ManaAir management will most likely run the day to day operations, but all strategic decisions will be made by UAL. No different than Terry. Yes, he “runs” day to day operations at XJT but he probably doesn’t even wipe his butt without asking St George for permission.

Look what JO has done with Mesa..JO has taken Mesa from 0 to 60 Ejets in 5 years. That may not last, but Mesa owns 18 of them.
