United hasn’t closed on ExpressJet yet. Management changes are coming.

Give it a rest man. You lost this one and you were wrong.
UAL is, in fact, purchasing a stake in XJT. ManaAir (not ManAir), is a joint venture with UAL which will call the shots.

(Skywest already offers this deal, the only addition will be the keeping the seat position at the start.
Keep dreaming. Skywest has gone to great lengths to keep their virgin pilot group pure. We had one-list required in our contract at XJT, and ALPA gave it away. That MEC Chair is at United now. Offers were made, however, that if we wanted to go to OO, we could with longetivity (I think)... but at the bottom of the seniority list.
#one list denied

Yea, like Blackhawk said.. give it a rest dude, you are actually showing how ignorant you are and how you have no idea what is going on in this transaction. You show you have no clue in business either.... don't you know why United decided to form a newly formed LLC? you have no clue about any of this and you are just embarrassing yourself and its quite funny.

Nobody does...Yet..UAL pulls the strings for every regional that flies for them, that is nothing new. Who is your new CEO?

UAL only pulls the strings to a limited extent. They don’t tell the regional who or how to hire or fire. They don’t negotiate with the union or deal with the FAA. Or, GoJet would have never been engaged in the practices they have.

If you look at CommutAir as an example (also controlled by United), ExpressJet is about to undergo significant changes. They will have an enhanced CPP program with pilots going to United in less than 3 years.

You are right...Subodh Karnik (not United) is running the show, just like he did at CommutAir..

Dude, you really are clueless! hahahahah No clue how stuff works... Subodh is put there by Ual to be the face of Xjt, but takes his marching orders from Ual 110% If you honestly believe the final decisions end with Subodh, you are proving you have no clue! It's no different than ANY President of the United States (doesn't matter who it is or if they are a democrat or republican) being the face of the country, while the central banking system controls the economy, interest rates, and the value of the countries currency behind the scenes. I bet you didn't know that either!! hahahah You ignorant fool!! It is United, get it through your thick skull!! LOL

UA will call the shots. But the majority stake holders will have to sign off on big changes, accusations, capital expenditures.. ect. But in the end UA will call the shots. Then back off and let them do it. UA will not have any day to day running of the business. Thats what XJT pilots will have to deal with. How did this guy run day to day opps at commute air..
