I believe:
... I believe as part of the deal we will have the opportunity to go to Skywest, in our current seats and to keep up to 10 years of pay credit. So a GJ pilot who has been here for 8 years will go to Skywest and be on 8 year Captain pay. His bidding will be at the bottom but the pay will be good. (Skywest already offers this deal, the only addition will be the keeping the seat position at the start.

Yea, like Blackhawk said.. give it a rest dude, you are actually showing how ignorant you are and how you have no idea what is going on in this transaction. You show you have no clue in business either.... don't you know why United decided to form a newly formed LLC? you have no clue about any of this and you are just embarrassing yourself and its quite funny.

If you look at CommutAir as an example (also controlled by United), ExpressJet is about to undergo significant changes. They will have an enhanced CPP program with pilots going to United in less than 3 years.

UAL only pulls the strings to a limited extent. They don’t tell the regional who or how to hire or fire. They don’t negotiate with the union or deal with the FAA. Or, GoJet would have never been engaged in the practices they have.

Dude, you really are clueless! hahahahah No clue how stuff works... Subodh is put there by Ual to be the face of Xjt, but takes his marching orders from Ual 110% If you honestly believe the final decisions end with Subodh, you are proving you have no clue! It's no different than ANY President of the United States (doesn't matter who it is or if they are a democrat or republican) being the face of the country, while the central banking system controls the economy, interest rates, and the value of the countries currency behind the scenes. I bet you didn't know that either!! hahahah You ignorant fool!! It is United, get it through your thick skull!! LOL

UA will call the shots. But the majority stake holders will have to sign off on big changes, accusations, capital expenditures.. ect. But in the end UA will call the shots. Then back off and let them do it. UA will not have any day to day running of the business. Thats what XJT pilots will have to deal with. How did this guy run day to day opps at commute air..
