yeah even though they relaxed standards a bit after the first few months when the tbnt rate was super high and UA told recruiters they actually wanted people.

Thats when I interviewed. Thought I did well, my thinking was the Hogan got me.

Does anyone know how many people in front of them if accepted into the Aviate ?

also, how many pilots per class is United hiring through Aviate pool?

They get back to you pretty fast don’t apply until your ready for the interview

United is pretty hush hush about the number of people in the program and they only tell you what decile you’re in. The rumor is 11 per class but I don’t think UA has publicly said how many yet. It’s probably going to be slow until all the regional partners have their hiring and training back in full swing.

they have already said everyone that meets transition requirements will transition this year, regardless of decile. So basically if you interview, get accepted and have the hours, 2 years, and degree you will go this year.
