LOL right on. I vowed that I would never engage in bickering concerning any airline but this is far from an airline. I honestly have no words to describe the malicious business practices used here against its employees to gain a dime. I am not bashing, or was ever disciplined, or ever involved against anything there. But it boils my blood when people misinform potential new hires with misleading and groundless information. It is my goal to be as honest and transparent as possible without offending anyone unless that person offends me for my honest efforts

Ok, here is a real life scenario that happened at an interview. I know this because I know one of the people at the panel.
Pilot shows up at a Compass interview and long story short, the panel found out he worked for GoJet ( not by some magic, it came up in the interview because the pilot disclosed it). I don't know the specifics but he was told by the panel that they would love to hire him but upper management would not allow it. The panel actually suggested the pilot seek legal actions.
The reason why you cannot flow from one airline to another like you are able to at RAH, is because of the difference in contracts between all three airlines. All three airlines need to operate, and so they don't want pilots to transfer every time one airline gets a better contract than the other. Plus, this is something that would need to be agreed upon by the Union MECs and Gojet is IBT whereas Compass and TSA are ALPA.

The 2500TT upgrade reduction from 4500TT with 1000 in company credited to 2 for 1 up to 1000 is true.
However, think about this for a moment....
1. There were tons of FOs who were close already to the original 4500TT.
2. All those who came off the street Junior but with over 4500TT and were just waiting to get the 1000 in company cannot upgrade now
3. Senior FOs are supper happy but Junior FOs from other companies are ****ed because they were promised a quick upgrade and are now looking at three plus years.
4. This is a marketing scheme!!!!!!!!! If you don't get why, let me know and I'll break it down a bit more.
5. To Sum up; upgrades are still three plus years!!!!!! and you are going to work with a pilot group that is divided.

I'm guess I'm tired of hearing guys complain about Nogojet. There are the fools that go there without researching how bad it is and then there are the idiots who learn how bad it is and go anyway. They go there, make a bad joke and get fired and then they want to complain! I don't get that. Of course this site has always deleted negative posts about Nogojet until recently, so maybe there are people that just don't know.
What's the difference between a NoGoJet pilot and a pizza? A pizza can feed a family of 4. (Actually resulted in the teller being terminated. The question for you is, was he fired because it insulted the company, or did they feel they had to fire him because his jokes were so bad the company was embarrassed?)

I guess in this world of twitter I must learn to limit my posts to 140 characters. I'm from the northeast so sarcasm is more of a way of life than a writing style. I thought I was being very witty when I was writing the post but maybe the length drown out the message.

I am sure this hasn't been shutdown yet because the comments are constructive and accurate. There is not pilot bashing or wars about nonsense, just facts. If we keep it that way, more future applicants can truly take advantage and make a well informed decision. Keep it clean! LOL
