An interview with "get to know you" type questions? Wow, maybe it's just me but an interview should be an in depth knowledge/ personality/ decision making process. Not a ho hum so, tell me about a time you had to fight your way out of a wet paper bag type of questions.

My interview with a legacy contained quite a few TMAAT questions. TMAAT questions absolutely cover one's personality and decision making process abilities. For instance, TMAAT you failed as a leader. This tests one's personality. Can this individual admit fault? Is he/she too proud to do so? Did he/she learn anything from it? Or TMAAT you made the wrong decision?

If you're curious about more, I encourage you to read Checklist for Success by Cheryl Cage. You'll learn a lot.

I don't need a professional banner tower lecturing me about "knowledge" and "experience". My logbook and my passport speak 'millions' about my knowledge and experience. A good HR interviewer knows this and can get around all the BS.

TMAAT questions are stupid and prove nothing.

I am done with this 'Slats'.

I'm confused. Slats feels TMAAT questions are silly. So do you agree or disagree with him?

I see the quicktake on APC now says "not hiring."

I heard the sim is tied up with the development of a new training program.

As much as former (and current TSA) hate us G7 guys, we know you hate our soon to be ex CP more.

The offical line (and associated memos) say he resigned to fly the line.
