CONTRACT TALKS:
I don't know what to speculate on the contract, so I guess I will leave it for someone else who knows better than me, to chime in...

Reserve is 10 days off per month, However you want to slice, it's your choice.

You will get a schedule as to which days you are working. If you need something moved, you can swap it with other people or ask scheduling to move/swap your days off.

Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't...

You also get get 3 days each month which are called GDO (Guaranteed Day Off); You can place them anywhere on your day off you like & that ensures that you will not get extended or junior manned into your GDO.

Home reserve is 2 hour callout in ORD & 1.5 hr callout in STL & RDU.
It has AM & PM shift, you can usually pick which shift you prefer.
Home reserve Pay 4 hours credit.

Airport reserve is 10 hrs, AM & PM shift; pays 5 hr credit.

Reserve guarantee is 70 hrs per month...

Most reserves are breaking guarantee these days, many are crediting close to 100 hrs.

Company is so short, you will be flying a lot.....

Thanks for the info bc

Mesa gives you 11 off on reserve, and 76 guaranteed. We also get our 3 golden days which are the same as your gto's

Credible sources indicate 11 days off for reserve and 12 for line holders are a lock and all kinds of cancellation pay.

3 hard days off a month???? That makes me appreciate the contract i work under for maybe the first time ever. That sounds like an absolute nightmare. My days off are mine.

Currently min days off is 10/11 for reserves and line holders .
Reserves get 3 days a month that are absolutely Guranteed off meaning you cannot be extended or jr manned etc.(I've only been juniored once in 4 years ) Line holders get 6 a year

Only 3 days off would be grossly illegal and out of touch....

Golden days just mean you cant be jr assigned. Mesa has never jr assigned me, its never been an issue for me. Can't speak for others

Is there any domestic/international flight benefits on United/Delta for family members?

When would this happen?
Also, what does the no cancellation pay mean? You still get the minimum guaranty correct?
