Go Jet in a nutshell is everything that is wrong with this industry. Pilots putting up with being treated like crap and abused for the all mighty allure of making more money and better seniority.

Look, I get PSA, Piedmont, hell even Republic and Mesa, but the only airline that is even similar to Go Jet is now gone (Freedom). They were created for the sole purpose to get around contracts and labor unions. There is no good purpose Go Jet serves.
Wasn't part of their creation to deal with American scope Restrictions?

It was, but they did in no way have to form a completely separate pilot group that was non union. They could have did what Republic did and make another company, but with same union, same seniority list.

TSA offered the pilots the out and out worst pay rates in the industry flying those jets knowing the pilots would reject it with sole intention of forming a union whipsaw.

TL;DR: American scope restrictions were a weak sauce excuse.

My point exactly. The complaining never ends. Stop polluting the Internet and the cockpit. We're tired of hearing it (except for FlyingKat, you guys seem to get your willies off bashing other airlines).

Weren't you the one that came on to the TSA thread saying that multiple parts of the Mesa, Yes we talkin' bout Mesa, contract were above average? Weren't you the one trying to say you had cancellation pay?

I said it once, I'll say it again, scuttle back to your roach nest.

I fully respect the guys that are great people over there. I have been on many a jump seat with great crews at G7. However, I have also been on the jumpseat and/or in the back with an absolute duesche nozzle of a crew up front. The Canadair Whisper Jet? Are you fuc*ing kidding me? I realize tools exist out there, but some of the biggest I've encountered have been from some of the fine folks at G7.

That's also not to say there aren't bad crews anywhere else. I've just heard some crazy crap come out of some of their mouths and come out of some PA announcements.

Having said all that, I've been thoroughly embarrassed by some of our crews as well. I've had Captains that make us look like total crap to jumpseaters.

I've just seen worse at G7.

Interesting point. The biggest tools I flew with while at GoJet were former Trans States pilots.

As a TSA guy we can totally agree. Those are the worst of all at Go Jet. The ones that are ex Trans States guys.

Sure knob, you were all about TSA last summer then it stopped, now all the hate. It's OK to be rejected by TSA. We only hire the best and it wasn't you.

Those guys were one step removed from scabs, so calling them tools is a compliment.
