Their last new hire class had 0, as in no one. You need 3,500 hours at the company to upgrade or 4500 total. Their contract is up with Delta well before you would upgrade. Their CBA is either the worst or second to worst. Commuting to work sucks, but doing it after you waste a year there sucks more. Honestly you wont move up the seniority list for a long time because it will take a while for them to find someone to hire after you.
When is the contract up with Delta?

There were over 20 hired in September and a decent amount in October. People are upgrading at 2.5 years. Gojet owns the airplanes, the flying isn't going away. Not too hard to climb the seniority list with 500 pilots on it. Most people leaving are going to Spirit, JetBlue, etc. Get a life and stop trying to be internet tough guys.
