Cancellation pay is one huge specific reason why TSA over Gojet.. Honestly, it would be easier to list the reasons why you should work for Gojet....I can't think of any.

I have been told that GoJet has 95% guaranteed pay. Anybody to elaborate on that? Can that compare with the cancelation pay??
Also I am thinking if I get upgraded in 18 months like they are saying the capt pay is survivable. Vs sitting right seat at any other regional.

Out of TSA & GoJet...TSA without a doubt. Two other companies that I would recommend before either one SkyWest & Compass...if you don't have to commute that is.

If you have a place in Chicago go to SkyWest. It's a junior domicile & a great company.

TSA has an ORD base. Also has an IAD base, which a lot of pilots who live in Florida commute to.

TSA. Why would to go to GoJet? They brag about getting 900s but have ZERO public information to back it up. No press releases, nothing. Delta says they haven't heard anything about it.

TheFly I would like Skywest a lot but many many years to upgrade is hard to swallow. On the other hand basing the decision where to work on the upgrade times is even a less intelligent move.
Anyone hear anything about 95% guarantee pay from GoJet?
