Pay rate increase Captains 7+% pay raise for CAs, year one starts at $67.39
First Officers 1st year $36.50 can be increased to $41.00 without renegotiating, $11.75 increase over present pay
rates. Minimum Day Pay Credit 4 hours per day
Cancellation Pay Once notified 100% guaranteed
Premium Pay Open Time 150% Flagged Trips 200%
Extension and Junior Assignment Pay clarified language, JA only twice a month not 3 Deadhead Pay 75 %

Per Diem Increase from $1.60 to $1.80 up to $1.90
Minimum Monthly Guarantee(MMG) 75 hours, Line holders, Reserves, New Hires
New Aircraft Type Baseball style arbitration. If no agreement goes to an arbitrator, time limit and pay retro to Aircraft entering service.
