Please remember to wear your tin foil hat before you read this article, so your chief pilot can’t see you read the article thru your company iPad.
Can we please pivot to only sharing what Osama Bin Laden’s niece has to say about the airline industry?

They say this following every recession. Back in the 70s, people were freaking out about Stagflation and flocking to Gold. In 1987 after Black Monday, Newsweek published an article titled “The Death of Equities”. The Dow was around 2,000 in those days. People always say “this time is different!”, but it seems things usually stay mostly the same.

It is possible to achieve very rapid, very dramatic structural changes in a society but that generally involves cities being bombed into rubble, or a sudden access to resources or wealth which did not previously exist. But for the most part, bombing or genocide are the proven methods.

What has happened so far in American cities is a far cry from the extensive and widespread bombed out cities of Germany after WWII. I have seen the photos my father took, while he was in the US Army Signal Corp in WWII, as well as what he told me. He was in Germany for several months after VE Day. Just stating facts, not taking sides.

I’m sorry would you like it sensationalized like you see on tv right when you walk into your hotel room? “American cities bombed into rubble!” With a video of a lone Best Buy delivery can on fire then cutting over to people running out of target with TVs?
