Default Aluminum Flight Case?

I saw a pilot in the terminal the other day with a metal (I think its aluminum) Flight Case. I didn't have time to talk to him about it. So I searched around and found some online. Does anyone own one....(and like it?)

Did the case look like this one from Harbor Freight? just curious, I have heard of guys at Lakes getting this one and they seem to work and probably really durable.

I know some guys that have them and in the ERJ, possibly others, It's hard to get into once it's next to the seat because you have to swing it all the way open.

That's the one...I used mine for 6 months, and it didn't get beat up too bad. I ended up finding a leather, sticker-friendly case in a trash can in the crew room, so the aluminum has been retired. No complaints about the aluminum, though...it will work for a long time, at least until you have the cash to buy a Scott.

Looks like it's the right price too...does it come with a free screwdriver?

I ran into a guy in the Stop Over Store in MSP that built his own out of diamond plate aluminum. He said that he builds a few a year for friends etc. I think he was an RAH pilot.
