It's really cool that it just uses salt water from the ocean and then heats it up.

. . . still, any reason why the ocean isn't good enough?

I think the idea is that the ocean is either too cold, or too hard to swim in (maybe bad currents there?).

Does no one else think it's stupid that they spent almost 4billion dollars to create a clear saltwater pool right next to a clear saltwater ocean? I'd rather get on the beach and swim in the ocean. I enjoy the sealife.

I do too, nothing beats snorkling. Well, maybe diving, but it's so limited. You can snorkle all day

115' deep end?! By the looks of things, if you were to dive down there, all you would be seeing is a vast amount of concrete. How exciting.

Put a fake ship wreck or reef down there or something.
