You will definately be marketable, a lot of airlines hire with 250 minimum and no type rating. Do you have the right to work and live in Europe? This is the biggest hurdle.
That is good to hear. I guess I will have to see how things will be working out in the mean-time. I have to decide what the best route will be for me. My big concern is I don't want to take too much time off from flying, and neither can I afford financially to be jobless for 6 months for the ground school. It will be a tough road. And I do have right to work in Europe, was born and raised for the most part in Poland, so that should not be a problem.

So to clarify things...You need to take 14 written tests, and you only have to take a flying test for the IR?
CPL skills test, and IR skills test, will most likely be done in a Multi.
