I was seeing patients today and this one says to me "whats up with the bag charges at the airlines". I proceed that fuel is so high that they can even break even on flights. He look at me like a a full of it. I would love to lay into people like that because they are so damn ignorant!
Ok Let me translate for you guys ... It look to me like he is speaking in Jenglish, Jamaican-English..
He is pretty much saying... He was waiting patiently today and somone said to him, what is with all these new airline charges... I then said this the person, fuel is so high right now they have to do what they are doing to break even on the flights... The person look at him and said, I'm full of it, i would love to slap/hit/box people that make these rules because they are so damn ignorant...

Actually, Buff is a medical technician or something along those lines on the side of flying an ERJ, so he literally and honestly meant seeing patients. The rest I can only imagine he was either tired or angry and couldn't type clearly.
