Talk about embarassing...that picture was taken in central florida (plant city I believe). I have many an hour logged in the plane on top both as a student and an instructor. It's actually been very diligent in not getting it's pilots killed (it's been in several incidents after that one). Good aircraft (even though it's cursed) but that picture was in every FBO across the country for years...I always get a good laugh when I see it...The full story about how that came to be is actually very amusing and involves some bad radio techniques by both pilots...

Slice baby, the temperature turned sharply up the day when Calcapt came to town, and it hasn't gone down yet! He must have raised the notch on global warming while here. The City-By-The-Bay has yet to cool down from the likes of our pimp captain!

Slice, I caught Calcapt an hour or two before he jetted off to CLE. I think he heated up the Bay long before I met up with him. Funny how the temperature climbed that day! ...;)

Skygirl is in the hospitaility business - why wouldn't she be hospitable? The temp should be receeding in the bay area soon but as I am in Florida for the weekend it does seem a bit warm here too - a coincidence I'm sure!

By the way, red eyes suck. It has taken me the whole day to recoup from two back to back. I'd never make it at FedEx or UPS.

CalCapt your layover started coincidentally about the same time that the temps started rising here in the Bay Area. My co-workers even said to me about 10 AM that morning, "Man it's warm in here". I told them that the Calcapt had landed down at SFO and the heat was radiating up towards the North Bay...:D By the time I got out of my office and met up with you, it was blazing hot! What were you doing down there all day?...;)

Why thanks Calcapt! I do try to hospitably send my clients on their great journeys around our globe. I guess I'm doing something right....I don't dig the red eyes either, but I have clients who love them...to each their own! Have fun in Florida!
