While virtually every other Falcon driver out there simply says Teterboro, we are elevated toward semi-complexity with Moonachie. But, I digress...you win, FG. One of the reasons I initially logged onto APC was to guage the eclectic maturity of those pilots who'll replace we old guys through dialogue in a mutual give and take setting. I've now seen enough to draw my conclusions on where we're headed. Fly safe, and good luck.

Dude, you quit smoking or give up caffeine lately? IBS maybe? I usually like your posts but your being kind of a d!ckhead here.

Been flying all over CT, PA, AR and OH yesterday and today.

Ok, where was I ? Oh, so Mr. Incredible tried to tell me that my plane was actually his...

The line guys had just finished cleaning-up the coffee service and ice, so it was still open. I walked to the bottom of the stairs and pleaded for Mr. Incredible to take me inside to see it. In the middle of all the excuses why he couldn't, I just started up the stairs. He's down there telling me to get out before getting into trouble. I plopped into the left seat, pretended to find the keys (which were in my pocket), and when I asked him to start 'er up he paled quite visibly. I was hoping to go further with the whole thing to see how far he would go before admitting the truth (plus I was having a blast after sitting there so long being bored), but the line guy gave me away by hollered in to ask me if I wanted Prist.
After a moment of utter confusion, he turned from pale to red...very red. I felt kinda bad for him, so I made him feel better by thanking him for entertaining me and yadayada....told him I was flattered that he went to such great lengths to get my attention...at least he didn't go away totally dejected...we had a good laugh.

Very funny Falcon Gal!!!...:D

Jeeze dude!!!! Are we having a bad week or are you always this way? Why are you coming in here and picking on Falcon Girl? This is, (or was), a fun thread. Why so negative?

Wife probably left him (gee, what a surprise with all the excitement and happiness oozing out of him), and he's admittedly getting too old and crusty to fly anymore. It sounds like he is going out with a bruised ultra-ego knowing that not only a young aviator can do his job, but a woman to boot- too bad he's chosen to view it in that sour light instead of holding his head up and being proud of his own accomplishments, and supportive of the future generation that also works their bums off to get there. I wish him happy retirement and a case full of Geritol and Viagra!:p

These other captains all have in excess of 9k hours jet each, and I have over 3k in my baby- I am the one who picked it up new, so I think I know my job pretty well. No, I do not fly for TAG, I am strictly 91.
I guess it must be rough being such a stud; I'm sure to judge the difference in them all, you must have flown all the 7's as my mentors have. Wow, you must be proud that you can run circles around the rest of us 'lucky' pilots.
Sorry Dots, but I have no desire to mentor you on anything other than a few manners on being nice instead of trying to be such a cocky studmuffin here. If that wasn't your intention, sorry to tell you...but that is how you are coming across to me. Not interested in the attempts you're making to belittle me and the other 'lucky' pilots- go to some other thread unless you have something of interest to add to this particular thread- it is not called 'Pick on Pilots'- it is called 'Pilot Pickup'- meant for fun, or perhaps you're so busy being such a stud that you forget what that is?

FG, I truly hope your bum is still intact and in excellent pickup condition.;)

any suggestions? insert the pickup of your dreams here hehehe

This is the post that made me laugh as I was stuck at home, with my knee in the air, recovering from knee surgery. The post that gave birth to our spontaneous fun little thread, which has provided me with lots of laughs and entertainment over the last couple of months. Unfortunately, for various reasons, I agree with Mzkat, it's not so much fun anymore. I've noticed, and not just on this thread, that there seems to be quite a few angry, bitter, sexist, cynical people around. There are also some good people and good information. I may not be a pilot, but I am in the same business of travel, so I have found some information here that has been helpful to me in my work. I will pop in from time to time, but since this is the time of year that I routinely put in 12+ hour days, I really don't want to waste my precious energy reading posts from unhappy people. Now I must get back to arranging hopefully wonderful vacations for people and putting those people on planes in order to get to them. For those of you who are my pals, give me a shout out if you're going to be in SFO. Best to reach me by my cell phone, especially this time of year.

Hope everyone has a great summer!
