Default Do you play a Musical Instrument?

I just have way too much free time these days. Out of work and looking for a job. I am now playing with two bands.

I am playing percussion and flute with the Perimeter Wind Ensamble and I am playing piccolo with the Seed and Feed Marching Abominables.

I am also thinking about trying to hook up with a Classical guitar player and maybe make some cash playing weddings.

I know there is a bagpipe player on the list, but what other kind of instruments do you guys play?

I have been playing the piano for 17 years. I am classically trained, and it's a wonderful way for me to express my emotions. Plus, it gives me something to do while looking for a CFI job.

Played bass with a southern rock group for about fifteen years. Settled down and got married. Now I play in church.

Hey mcis, thats awesome.. I also play the piano but I sure will love to have my own at home and practice more. To be half as good as you be great. Its been years since I played it and like many, getting back into it is something we need to do.

Lets see, I have played piano, drums, saxophone, both alto and baritone.

Oh, and as a kid I played pots and pans

I play guitar, bass, and saxaphone (alto and tenor). Music is a great way to express oneself. I must say I am very partial to jazz music but enjoy all genre's

I've played guitar for nearly 12 years. Electric and acoustic (prefer electric by a LONG shot)
