Default Downloading a/c

Question for all the tech savvy people:

Is there a website that I can go to and download various a/c, for example, AA B-757; Delta Connection CRJ-700; FedEx A-310, to my library of a/c on FSX?

I've tried it thru VATSIM, but each time I've loaded FSinn1.3, one of the files is missing. I'm running Vista. Not sure if I need to change my DEP settings or what? This is exactly what's popping up in a dialog box:

Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

Would really just like to go to another website and just be able to download a/c like ones mentioned above. Thanks.

flightsim.com is in better shape right now--most of Avsim's library was hosed with a hack attack.

That's for free stuff--if you are willing to pay there is--

flight1.com
wilcopub.com
captainsim.com
simflight.com

or just google FSX addons in quotes.

Yeah I was gonna say that adding additional a/c could cost me a small fortune. LOL.

I will more than likely Google FSX add-ons and go that route. Thanks guys.

Default Encountering a different problem

A couple of things:

My aircraft seem to pass through this thin white layer of clouds @ or around 3000' AGL thus obscuring my view of the ground and being able to differentiate between horizon and clouds.

Wing tips of 747 are split.

RJ-700's are blue.

Any ideas what's going on?

As mentioned previously just google FSX add-ons. There's a couple good sites you'll run across.

Also, there are ways around buying a/c too. If you know how to use torrents you're set. Just go tp btjunkie or thepiratebay and search the names of the companies that make these add-ons. I downloaded a "mega-pack" from Carenado through btjunkie and they are the best flying, most realistic aircraft I have on FSX. There's a reason these people want money for these aircraft. It included Beech Bonanza V35 and F33, Beech Mentor T43B, Cessna 182Q, and 182RG, 210 Centurion II, U206G, Piper Archer II, Dakota and Cherokee 180 all with several different paints. I also got a nice little 152 and a bunch more. I know those aren't your target aircraft, but just quickly searching thepiratebay for "Captain Sim" there's some larger a/c. If it's just repaints for the default FSX a/c you're after then try simviation, there's a ton there.

Also remember to view any "readme" file that is included in the download, they typically tell you how to install the files. It can be confusing at first, so PM me if you have an questions.
